Kamel King

Kamel L. King was born and raised in Jackson, MS. Kamel attended American University (Washington, D.C.) and Tougaloo College (Jackson, MS) and graduated with honors from Tougaloo College, earning a bachelor’s degree in Political Science/International Relations. Kamel was accepted and graduated from Mississippi College School of Law earning a law degree with emphasis on intellectual property/entertainment law.

Kamel spent 10 years as the Attorney on the Road for a 9 time GRAMMY nominated gospel group, was the Director of Operations for both Blackberry Records, Inc. and Terminal Recording Studios (a GRAMMY award winning studio) and has had many years of experience in booking and event production. Kamel has since been Asst. Producer in the Recording Academy© endorsed “Mississippi…Celebrates Its GRAMMY© Legacy ” events, “Mississippi Night” at the L.A. GRAMMY© Museum and other high end tourism conferences.

Kamel is a contributing author in the American Bar Association released book “Entertainment Law: For The General Practitioner”. Kamel has also been an adjunct professor of entertainment law at his alma mater, Mississippi College School of Law. He is a practicing entertainment attorney with Frascogna Law Group, PLLC. Working under his mentor, X.M. Frascogna, Jr., and alongside the other brilliant attorneys within the firm, he has continued to represent clients from all aspects and diversities in entertainment.

Kamel is most proud and passionate to currently work with Visit Mississippi as the Bureau Manager for the Tourism Development Bureau. His bureau manages the Mississippi Blues Trail, Country Music Trail, Freedom Trail, Writers Trail and the state’s rich music and cultural branding at many trade shows and festivals.

Chloe Sumrall

Chloe Sumrall is an accomplished artist manager and creative strategist with a passion for talent development and innovative client solutions. As the Director of Creative Services for Emerald Tiger Artist ManagementFrasco Films, and Frasco Studios, Chloe oversees a wide range of creative endeavors, including talent development, music video production, album styling, website design, and marketing strategy. Her focus lies in empowering artists to grow and reach their full potential, combining strategic planning with a strong creative vision.

Chloe’s background is rooted in the arts. With over a decade of experience as a professional model for brands such as Dillard’s and Lululemon, and appearances at events like Miami Swim Week, Chloe understands the importance of visual storytelling and branding. This insight translates seamlessly into her current work with musicians, where she crafts compelling visuals and strategies tailored to each artist’s unique identity. Chloe’s talents also extend to photography and videography, skills she leverages to create striking visuals for album covers, promotional campaigns, and music videos.

A graduate of the University of Mississippi, Chloe earned a degree in Human Development with minors in Recreation Administration, Psychology, and Education. While there, she served as the president of Enable Mississippi, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting accessibility across the state, showcasing her leadership and dedication to meaningful causes.

Before stepping into her current role, Chloe honed her expertise as a strategist at Frascogna Entertainment Law, where she worked closely with clients on intellectual property and branding strategies. She has also released her own music, bringing firsthand experience and empathy to the creative journeys of the artists she manages.

Chloe’s unique blend of creative talent, industry insight, and strategic expertise makes her an invaluable partner for artists seeking to elevate their careers and leave a lasting impact.

Darius Young

Darius is a dynamic creative director at an artist management company, specializing in conceptualizing, filming, and editing compelling visual content for clients. With a keen eye for storytelling and aesthetics, he crafts high-quality videos and photos that elevate artists’ brands. Before stepping into this role, Darius honed his skills in the film industry, working for three years as a set dresser and prop master. His background in production design and hands-on experience in filmmaking give him a unique edge in creating visually striking and engaging content.

Kaitlyn Gay

Kaitlyn Bailey Gay specializes in the areas of entertainment and intellectual property law. She allocates her time catering to developmental artists, brokering creative alignments with licensing companies, management, publicist, and labels. Kaitlyn has also merged her years as a fashion model/stylist into representing designers and protecting their intellectual property for licensing opportunities. Additionally, Kaitlyn acts a publicist on behalf of many literary authors across the southeast.

Kaitlyn Graduated from Mississippi College School of Law in 2017 where she then joined Frascogna Entertainment Law division. From 2010- 2014 Kaitlyn attended one of the nation’s top liberal arts schools, the University of South Carolina. During her time at Carolina, she traveled abroad studying the international court of England and The Hague. She was also a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority, Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, and Sigma Alpha Lambda Honors Fraternity. In 2014, Kaitlyn began working as a professional stylist, driven by her love for fashion and styling experience gained in the pageantry and modeling world.

Kaitlyn served the Mississippi Attorney General’s office as a law clerk for the Civil Litigation department from 2016-2017. From 2012-2014 Kaitlyn served as the public relations and brand ambassador for the NASCAR track, Darlington International Raceway. Kaitlyn has completed over 350 pro bono hours in the State of South Carolina and Mississippi.

Kaitlyn has worked diligently to raise thousands of dollars for the Children’s Miracle Network on behalf of the Miss America Organization. Kaitlyn has also worked tirelessly in the effort raise funds for the Susan G. Komen Foundation and its initiative to find a cure for breast cancer.
